The fluffy yoghurt bundt cake has the advantage that its dough is never dry. You can use any yoghurt you find in the fridge at home. It doesn't matter if it's white yoghurt, fruit yoghurt or cottage cheese. You'll always enjoy it.

  1. Place the flour, baking powder, vanilla sugar and granulated sugar in a large bowl.
  2. Stir lightly and add the other ingredients, yogurt, eggs and oil.
  3. Mix all the ingredients well to make a smooth dough. You can make the work easier by processing the dough with a food processor or mixer. But you can also do it nicely by hand.
  4. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and in the meantime prepare the bundt tin.
  5. Again, you can grease and sprinkle with flour or coconut, but you don't have to grease the silicone moulds, the bundt cake will still turn out nicely.
  6. Pour the batter into the tin and bake at 180 degrees for about 40 minutes, checking continuously with a skewer that the bundt cake is done.
