Yoghurt bundt cake: simple fluffy recipe
The fluffy yoghurt bundt cake has the advantage that its dough is never dry. You can use any yoghurt you find in the fridge at home. It doesn't matter if it's white yoghurt, fruit yoghurt or cottage cheese. You'll always enjoy it.
Place the flour, baking powder, vanilla sugar and granulated sugar in a large bowl.
Stir lightly and add the other ingredients, yogurt, eggs and oil.
