  1. Clean the oyster mushroom and cut it into wider strips.
  2. Half of the onion fry in the lard on pan and add the chopped garlic, mushroom, cumin and salt.
  3. In other saucepan, saute the rest of the onion in the remaining lard, sprinkle with plain flour and make a roux.
  4. Add sweet and smoked pepper and chili to the finished soup, fry, add cold broth, add the prepared mixture from the pan and then cook for about 20 minutes.
  5. At the end, add pressed garlic, marjoram, salt, pepper and cook briefly.
