Simple and quick horseradish sauce recipe. This recipe for horseradish sauce with cream is for 4 people.

  1. Allow the onion to foam in the butter. Prefer to use butter, not oil. The resulting sauce with oil would have a different taste. And let the onion brown. You should prepare everything on a low flame so that the onion doesn't burn.
  2. After that dust with flour and prepare the broth.
  3. While stirring constantly, pour the meat broth into and let it cook slowly for at least 20 minutes.
  4. During this time, remove foam and possible dirt from the surface.
  5. Afterwards, add half of the grated horseradish and cook for another 5 minutes.
  6. Add salt, pepper and whipping cream. And mix the sauce.
  7. Finally, add the remaining horseradish and you can serve immediately.
