Our recipe for traditional vegetable soup is straightforward, so you can prepare it anytime, even if you don't have much time to spend in the kitchen. You can use any vegetables, so the soup will be different every time, depending on the types you use. But the result is always guaranteed. You will surely enjoy it.
Peel the potatoes and cut them into smaller cubes.
Melt the butter in a pot, add the prepared vegetables, and sauté briefly.
Add water according to how much soup you want to make.
Add the chopped potatoes and bring the soup to a boil.
Season with salt and pepper and cook for about 20 minutes until the potatoes soften.
In a little water, mix a tablespoon of semolina for children to create a smooth paste.
Add this to the soup and mix well.
Cook for another five minutes and season with marjoram and crushed garlic.
