Celery Soup Recipe: Creamy & Easy
Try the recipe of creamy celery soup.
Rinse the stalked celery and finely chop it.
Peel, wash and finely grate the carrot (or cut carrot into small cubes).
Fry the onion (until golden) in butter in a pot. Then add chopped celeriac and carrot to it and fry together with onion.
Pour vegetable broth over the vegetables in the pot, add salt, pepper and grated nutmeg (if you want)
Cook for about 20-30 minutes.
