Low carb recipes = This is a way of eating, or diet, that works on the principle of significantly reducing carbohydrates and, conversely, increasing foods with a higher content of fat and protein.

So if you’re following a low carb diet, low carb cauliflower fritters are absolutely perfect for you. Just replace the classic flour with almond, flax or even pumpkin flour. For a fitness version of cauliflower patties, use psyllium and rice flour in the fritters.

If you are not a fan of fried food, you can prepare fluffy and quick cauliflower fritters in the oven. Potatoes are a suitable side dish, and they can be used in almost every possible way. For a great gourmet experience, however, we recommend mashed potatoes or boiled potatoes sprinkled with fresh chives or spring onions, accompanied by a delicious homemade tartar sauce.



  1. Boil the cauliflower in salted water.
  2. In the meantime, prepare the batter from the remaining ingredients in a bowl.
  3. Once the cauliflower is ready, mash it and add it to the batter.
  4. Mix the mixture thoroughly.
  5. Line a baking tray with baking paper and brush with oil.
  6. Use a soup spoon to form cauliflower fritters on a baking sheet.
  7. Bake until golden brown.


Simple cauliflower frittters from the oven can be served with your favourite dressing - herb or garlic dressing is perfect.

Tip: If you want to play around with the fritters and "tune" them to perfection, add chopped bacon, which gives these cauliflower patties with bacon a great taste of browned bacon.

For the garlic dressing, which is perfect for vegetable fritters, prepare: 1 sour cream, 2-3 cloves of garlic, olive oil, salt, pepper, parsley
