Apple Gingerbread Cake Recipe
Prepare an easy apple gingerbread cake recipe. Tasty and quick cake.
Mix all ingredients into one bowl — first the dry ingredients, then add the liquid ones.
Finally, peel and grind the apples on a coarse grater and add them to the batter.
Mix everything thoroughly and finally pour into a high-sided baking pan. Bake for about 20 minutes at 170 °C.
